Christmas Letter 2012

Dear Family and Friends,                                                               Christmas 2012

What a glorious year it has been.  We have grown in countless ways and thank our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, for His divine love that affords all of us the ability to grow and develop.

Sister Suzannah Butler has been serving in the Londrina, Brazil Mission since Sept. 12, 2012.  She is enthusiastic, committed, obedient, and loving Brazil.  She strengthens us by her example.

Sam graduated from Brigham Young University in English Language and French.  He is currently working in Utah doing editing in French…now that is using your major.  He is always doing all he can to grow and learn and is a great source of strength to us.

David is getting married on December 17th to Megan Jones from Billings Montana.  It has been a joy having him live at home during his accounting internship with Whitley Penn for the past 4 months.  We welcome Megan with open arms.

Ginny and Adam and their three beautiful children, Logan (5), Jay (3), and Lily (1) are enjoying life in Herriman, UT where Adam works for Rio Tinto.   They were able to make a trip to Texas last month which was a highlight for us.  We had fun painting the storm cellar, riding the big train to Ft. Worth, riding horses, playing with Lady (Katie) the dog, and just being together.

Elise and beautiful Elizabeth (9 months) are living in North Carolina on their wonderful farm with horses, goats, and chickens.  It has been a blessing to visit them and have them visit here during the year.

Daniel is working two jobs in Boston.  One is starting up his own business.  We have full confidence in his abilities & hard work to make this happen.  He continues to strive for the best.

We will all be gathered at Ginny’s home this Christmas, first to celebrate Dave and Megan’s wedding in the SLC Temple and second, to celebrate Christmas.  Even Suzannah will join us on Christmas Day, via internet.

Our love goes out to you, our family and friends!!  May you each enjoy the love, mercy and comfort of Christ this year.

Ray and Mary Alice
